Court of Augmentations Accounts for Bedfordshire - II

This careful edition of the accounts of Crown revenues arising from the properties of religious houses in Bedfordshire gives a picture of the wealth of these foundations at the time of the Dissolution of the Monasteries in 1537-1541. The religious houses owned extensive property, described here with information on the names of the tenants.
