A miscellany of early documents, transcribed and translated from Latin by John Thompson who for many years worked as a volunteer in the County Record Office. This selection includes the Hundred rolls of 1274 and 1279, account rolls for Higham Gobion and Streatley 1379-82, tithe and expenditure accounts for Blunham Rectory 1520-39, the churchwardens' accounts for Turvey 1551-2, Bedfordshire archidiaconal visitations 1578, and the Eggington manor court rolls 1297-1572.
