Cyril Fox

Sir Cyril Fox (1882-1967) was an archaeologist and administrator.  After completing a PhD on the archaeology of the Cambridge region in 1922, he became Director of the National Museum of Wales from 1926 to 1948.  He excavated and wrote extensively on a wide range of periods in Welsh history.
